Documentation: For vehicle or interstate transport, the customer must provide valid copies of RC books, insurance, and ID proof as required by Indian RTO and Octroi regulations.

While we use premium multi-layer packing materials, Gaurav Cargo Packers is not liable for damages to "owner-packed" cartons or electronic items where internal damage occurs without external package trauma.

The customer or a representative must be present during both packing/loading and unloading/unpacking to verify the condition of goods.

Payment Terms: 50% of the total quoted amount is payable at the start of packing, and the remaining 50% must be cleared before the final unloading of goods at the destination.

Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled move, a cancellation fee (20% of the quote) will be applicable.

Transit Insurance: We strongly recommend opting for transit insurance (charged at 3% of the declared value).

Claims: Any claims for damage must be noted on the Loading/Unloading Receipt at the time of delivery. Claims made after the team has left the premises will not be entertained.

We strive to meet all delivery deadlines; however, Gaurav Cargo Packers shall not be held liable for delays caused by "Acts of God" (floods, storms), strikes, lockdowns, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
